Business Continuity & Philosophy 

Bone Pagligaran has been operating somewhat an underground freelance consultancy since 2002 when he left his job as a store manager for one the largest retail chain store of pro-audio and musical instrument technologies at that time. He was (and still to this day) being constantly offered management jobs by other competing companies and have accepted a number of them, leaving those companies with relatively successful campaigns. Even then when he was a salesman he made it a personal approach to position  himself as a consultant selling his opinion and practical knowledge as opposed to being a salesman trying to sell products and brands to fulfil a quota. 2019 marks the year that Bone officially turns his "Hobby That Pays" into a registered company under the name Audioninja Sound Production Services. A company that provides value and competent service.
